HOW DOES CLICK FRENZY WORK?
Click Frenzy is Australia’s first and most recognised national online mega-sale event, bringing together online retail brands and their exclusive offers on a centralised shopping platform 4 times a year, for a limited 24hr period.
You can browse through 1000s of deals, shortlist your favourites and once you’re ready to make a purchase, you will be linked through to the relevant retailer to complete the purchase. You can search by category, brand, product name, item or just browse the unbelievable range of deals on offer.

WHEN IS THE NEXT EVENT?
Click Frenzy will launch at 7pm (AEDT) on Tuesday November 13, 2018. At 7pm you’ll be able to access all the amazing bargains straight from the Click Frenzy site.

WHERE CAN I FIND ALL THE DEALS?
Simply start shopping on the Click Frenzy website during our live event! You don’t need to search on Google, all deals will be exclusive to www.clickfrenzy.com.au.

IF I’M NOT IN VICTORIA OR NEW SOUTH WALES, WILL I MISS THE START OF CLICK FRENZY?
No, the sale starts for everyone at the same time. To work out what time the event starts, dependent on your location, all you will need to do is convert that time to your own timezone. For example, if the sale starts at 7pm AEST, and you live in Perth, Western Australia, the event will begin at 5pm, if you live in Adelaide or Darwin the event will start at 6.30pm.

HOW DO I BUY SOMETHING?
When you click on an individual deal, you will be directed onto the retailer’s website where you can make your purchase.

CAN YOU CHECK THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT?
Click Frenzy are not able to price check individual products, as it is the retailers involved in Click Frenzy who are directly selling these. Any questions relating to product specifications/ pricing or the alike, will need to be directed to the individual retailers who are selling the products.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
You don’t pay anything to Click Frenzy. All purchases are made directly through the retailer’s website, and our retailers offer various forms of payment. Each Brand Page on the Click Frenzy website will reflect accepted payment types for each retailer.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS DELIVERED
Products are delivered via whichever means individual retailers choose. Click Frenzy does not deliver the products. Be sure to check the shipping options before you make your purchases.

WHEN WILL MY GOODS ARRIVE?
We recommend you check the estimated delivery times with each retailer you purchase goods from as their individual delivery time frames will vary. Please direct all shipping enquires to the specific retailer.

I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO CLICK FRENZY, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS.
Emails are sent intermittently throughout the year. You can expect to receive more emails in the lead up to, and during event times. Emails containing information regarding the “Go Nuts” or “Go Wild” deals will be sent just prior to, and during selected events.
